Acuff Ideas, LLC (doing business as Jon Acuff and referenced as the “Company” herein) and operating at https://jonacuff.com/ collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you.

We do, however, share your name, email address and purchase history with ConvertKit; your order and billing information with Stripe or other payment card processors; and your name, address, email address, subscription status, and order fulfillment information with Mighty Networks.

This data sharing enables the Company to send emails, fulfill orders, process payments, and improve advertising performance. The provision of your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information is required from you to enable us to fulfill orders. We do not require you to provide any personal data in order to access the public areas of our website. We will inform you when we collect it whether you are required to provide the information to us.

We will hold all non-client personal data until you let us know you would like for us to delete it or unsubscribe from our marketing contacts, which you are free to do at any time. We will hold all client personal data and other order fulfillment information in our files for 6 years.
