This is a guest post from my friend and new Tennessee resident Andy Traub.
Every December I feel two emotions. Not the kind of emotions you find on your standard Christmas card, like love and peace. I don’t feel them all month long but at some point they creep into my mind and heart. Every December I feel regret and dread.
Why I fear the worst
Regret is about what happened. There’s no Delorean to take me back in time to fix what happened so I live with regrets. Dread is what I feel when I don’t have a plan. I fear the worst because I don’t have a plan to achieve my best. When we don’t set goals, fear wins. That’s not going to happen anymore.

Here’s the plan to make 2015 different
When I find myself stuck I don’t get introspective, I get help. Jon and I are hosting a live video chat with our friend Michael Hyatt next week (Tuesday, December 9th) to offer everyone help. Mike is going to help all of us learn how to make 2015 our best year ever. (Register here)
